So I think I'm gonna do something crazy... I'm going to try to run Warrior Dash! I've got two months to train before it comes to my area. How do you train to crawl through mud and jump over fire?? It looks like my husband, my brother and my sister-in-laws are all going to run it. They are all in way better shape than me not to mention way more competitive than I am so I'm not gonna be able to hang... Lol but it looks like a big bunch of fun. I guess I'm gonna start tomorrow at least working up to run the 5K piece and figure out what else to add to the mix to train for the obstacles.
